1. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
- By signing up, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Registration and Required Information
To register and use the Service, you must provide the following minimum data:
- Full Name – to identify you as a customer.
- Email Address – required for account creation, login recovery, service notifications, and official communications.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out of marketing emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link, but transactional emails (e.g., receipts, delivery confirmations, password resets) cannot be disabled.
- Phone Number – used for SMS verification, account security (one-time passwords), and delivery updates.
- Opt-Out: You may disable promotional SMS messages by replying STOP to any SMS or changing preferences in the App. However, essential messages such as delivery updates and verification codes cannot be opted out of.
- Government-Issued ID & Photo (KYC/AML Verification) – for identity verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
- ID verification is handled by trusted third-party providers who comply with international security and privacy standards.
- After successful verification, we delete or anonymize raw ID documents within [X days/weeks], keeping only a verification token or status ("verified"/"not verified").
- If retention is required under law (e.g., AML, tax, or fraud-prevention), data will be securely stored for up to [5–7 years].
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your information promptly in case of changes.
3. Communications (SMS, Push, Email)
- By registering, you consent to receive transactional communications (e.g., OTP codes, delivery updates, payment confirmations) via SMS, push notifications, and email.
- Marketing communications (promotions, offers) are optional:
- You can opt out of SMS marketing by replying STOP.
- You can opt out of email marketing by clicking unsubscribe in the email footer.
- You can adjust notification preferences in the App to receive only essential updates via email instead of SMS.
4. Use of Identity Verification (KYC)
- We may require you to complete KYC verification before you can fully use the Service.
- KYC data will be used strictly for identity confirmation, fraud prevention, compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and other applicable laws.
- Verified identity status may be shared with regulators or law enforcement if legally required.
- You may request deletion of your ID data at any time. Where retention is legally required, we will inform you of the applicable retention period.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
- We comply with GDPR (EU), CCPA/CPRA (California, USA), POPIA (South Africa), and other applicable data protection laws.
- You have rights to access, correct, delete, and export your personal data.

6. Account Deletion
- You may delete your account at any time from within the App or Website.
- Upon deletion:
- Your personal data (email, phone number, addresses, preferences) will be erased.
- ID verification data will be deleted or anonymized unless required by law to retain.
- Financial and transaction data may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and compliance.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our maximum liability is capped at the greater of: (i) the total fees you paid in the past 6 months, or (ii) USD $200.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
- Disputes will be handled by the courts of the United States, subject to consumer protection laws in your country.
