How to request deletion of your Kayayoo account and what happens to your data
You can delete your account yourself from inside the Kayayoo app. It takes about a minute.
Sign in to the account you want to delete. You must be signed in to make the request from inside the app.
Tap the Profile tab, then scroll down to the System section.
It is the red item in the System section, between “Help & Support” and “Logout”.
Select a reason for closing your account from the dropdown. This is required before you can continue.
The screen lists exactly what happens to your data. When you have read it, tap the red Delete Account button.
A confirmation sheet asks “Are you sure you want to delete your account?”. Tap Delete Account again to confirm, or Back to cancel.
You will see a confirmation screen and be signed out automatically. Your account is deactivated immediately and you will no longer be able to sign in.
Deleting your account is permanent. Once deletion is confirmed, your account cannot be restored and you will need to create a new account to use Kayayoo again.
If you have lost access to your device or cannot sign in, you can request deletion by email instead:
